The Lumis 150 VPAP ST provides enhanced settings and technological innovations designed to make sleep apnea and COPD treatment even more comfortable. It is a dual-level constant pressure machine for obstructive sleep apnea and COPD patients, which means it provides one constant pressure for inhalation and another for exhalation and at a safety breathing rate set by your doctor.

Product Features:

  • The iVAPS ventilation model learns the user’s unique ventilation mode regardless of body position by providing volume-targeted alveolar ventilation, setting appropriate targets and then providing smooth pressure support that suits and requires the individual user.
  • The Lumis 150 VPAP ST is compatible with up to 15 litres/min of supplemental oxygen with an external binder.
  • The humidifier can be set to 8 different settings: off, 1 to 8 is the lowest humidification level and eight is the highest.
  • The user-friendly display, intuitive interface and colour LCD screen make it easy to navigate menus and adjust comfort settings.
  • The Vsync function compensates for leakage from the mask during treatment by providing the optimal amount of inhaled and exhaled air volume requested by the doctor.
  • The Ti timer function ensures the time the user stays in the inhaled breathing cycle, limiting the user to exhale earlier due to muscle abnormalities and extra pounds, helping to maintain proper breathing times and improving inhaled volume.
  • Automatic start and stop of ventilation without the need for manual selection.
  • The Trigger and Cycle function will adjust the sensitivity of the machine depending on the selection. Trigger adjusts the sensitivity of the machine on inhalation and Cycle will adjust the sensitivity on exhalation.
  • The iBR adds back-up breaths to keep you at the selected breath target, for a comfortable breath support with the best result.
  • AutoEPAP monitors your upper airway and automatically adjusts the expiratory pressure delivered to deal with any obstructions such as obstructive apnea.
