Target Tidal Volume mode adjusts the IPAP according to the average Vt of the last 5 breaths and the specified Target Vt.

Product Features:

S (Spontaneous): In spontaneous mode, the device activates IPAP when the flow sensors detect an inspiratory effort and then returns to EPAP.
T (Timed): in timed mode, the IPAP/EPAP cycle is triggered cleanly by the device at a set rate, typically expressed in breaths per minute (BPM).
S/T (Spontaneous/Timed): like the spontaneous mode, the device is activated in IPAP during the patient’s inspiratory effort. But in spontaneous/timed mode a ‘backup’ rate is also set to ensure that patients still receive a minimum number of breaths per minute if they fail to breathe spontaneously.
The new automatic ramp function detects when the user falls asleep and adjusts the ramp timing accordingly.
