Delivery Information

We aim to provide fast and smooth services by choosing the best courier companies. is a Greek company based in Kallithea, Attica, and all our shipments to Europe are duty-free.

We deliver to every country in the European Union and worldwide. The postage cost is calculated at checkout and provided with the actual shipping address. There may be a difference in the amount of postage that could be charged as courier companies can change the shipping charges they have quoted us. In this case, will inform the customer of this difference and act according to the customer’s acceptance.

All orders go through three stages:

  • You authorize the transaction and perform a fraud check before the order request is forwarded to our warehouse.
  • All goods go through quality control. And they are formulated for patients’ needs according to a medical prescription, where applicable.
  • The order is shipped according to the options used on the checkout page.

Depending on the order and the option you choose on the checkout page, parcel tracking will be available, and the tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail.

  • Delivery options may be offered on the checkout page depending on various criteria:
  • The validity of the transaction data and the accuracy of the shipping information.
  • If the product is in stock at the time of your order. (99% of most products are.)
  • The number of orders we are processing at any given time.
  • The type of products ordered and whether they require documentation or configuration.
  • The size/weight of your order.
  • The destination of your order. usually processes your order in 1-2 working days. However, no order requests will take more than two business days to ship to you. As a general rule, we prioritize Express orders, then Standard, and finally those with free shipping.

We use postal services or UPS for free shipping, depending on the address and destination We run Free Shipping twice a month.

  • 2-4 working days for island destinations.
  • Free shipping for orders costing 80€ and more, Delivery time 5-8 working days. The cost of cash on delivery is not included in the shipping of the order.

European Union

  • Express 1 – 3 working days (operation with UPS courier) door-to-door delivery.
  • Standard delivery 4 – 8 working days (by UPS courier) door-to-door delivery.
  • Free Shipping – Small Packages (Regular Postal Services) 20 – 30 working days (not door-to-door delivery in some countries).


  • Express 3 – 10 working days.
  • Standard 6 – 20 business days.
  • Free Shipping – Small Packages (Regular Postal Services) 15 – 30 business days.


Local authorities may impose customs, duties or handling fees in some countries. We cannot accept any responsibility for these charges.

Courier companies send the order

Courier companies usually deliver Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Suppose you have an exception in the delivery of your order, such as the delivery time.

In this case, you should note this at checkout in “Customer Note” or via e-mail so that we can inform the courier company. (ALWAYS CHECK YOUR EMAILS FOR NOTIFICATIONS THAT MAY COME FROM or the AFTERSHIP.COM NOTIFICATION SYSTEM).

Note:If the goods reach you visibly damaged, you must refuse delivery and declare it. If you are unsure, insist on inspecting the packaging thoroughly before signing your acceptance. If you sign for the goods (by default, you accept them in good condition) and then report any damage in transit after this time, no claims for compensation will be accepted. The courier may seem in a hurry, but it is your right to know what you are signing.

Undeliverable shipments

If you miss the delivery of your order, you will receive a notice or a sticker in your mailbox, and you will need to contact the courier to arrange a new appointment to collect the goods. Try to be punctual with an appointment with them to avoid any further charge from the courier. Also, please note that you will receive email notifications of the location of your products. If you miss all courier attempts and the goods are returned to our premises, you will need to pay extra for the new “returned product” shipment and must also pay the postage of the products again. You can ask for the goods to be sent to a more convenient address, but this will also incur a re-charge as it will have to go back through the courier’s warehouse and be re-labelled and re-shipped.

Note:PO Box numbers are not accepted for delivery addresses.. is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer or if the parcel was returned because the customer did not receive it from the post office.
